With a real passion for targets and team building Martha can give you plenty of insight into staff and report management as well as how to motivate and drive your team to success.

Helen started out working in the beauty industry and has 5 years experience using Phorest Salon Software. Working in Phorest HQ, Helen uses her practical experience of Phorest to train our clients to the best quality and standard and teach them how to maximise the use of the software to its full potential. Helen is very keen on beauty trends and the competitive levels within the industry, so you'll find her dealing with inquiries and educating you in how Phorest can enhance the day to day management of a salon.

Barbara delivers in-depth training in all areas of our software. Barbara has previously worked in cosmetics retail for over 7 years and understands the pressures and day to day issues that arise in salons, from double booking appointments to reaching high targets. She also has a diploma in Sales, Marketing, Advertising and PR and can help you with these aspects of running your salon. Barbara has a great passion for customer service and will happily share her experiences and knowledge with you.
